Charlotte nodded. "Alright. Try to take it easy. And uh... its not like you can't take care of yourself or anything, but be careful." Charlotte was beginning to have doubts about bringing Evie along. She could feel the fear creeping in the back of her mind, all the what ifs that could happen upon Evie. Ezra wouldn't forgive her of something did go wrong.

Evie smiled. "I'll be fine...Will you?" Charlotte was acting odd here lately, and Evie had let it slide like a lot of things. "Want me to bring libby?"

Evie nodded getting the book out of her bag. "Hey libby. We're going fir a walk." She looked back at Charlotte once more before heading out. She hugged the book in her arms, looking up at the sky as she walked. She quietly wondered how her husband was doing a moment before pondering about Alaric. She was psyked at the idea her friend was still alive, abs excited to see him again. But deep down, she was afraid he wasn't going to be the friend she knew anymore.

Charlotte waited a couple minutes before she opened the window and poked her head out. "Hey, I know you're there. Follow her. I don't trust that book as far as I can throw it." There was a light wing beat before she closed the window and laid back on her bed slowly dozing off.

Evie looked at him. "Hey Charlotte was worried. Plus you get to see libertatem" she smiled at him. "That's fun right?" She continued on, heading towards the edge of the city.

Evie pat the books top lightly. "Just that. Wandering. I like to focus less on the where and more on the going."she smiled. "Most ghee do." She reached the city limits eventually and stared out the entrance. She contemplated wandering the outside.

Evie huffed. "We have excellent direction. We're just...nomadic." She walked out of the city feeling the urge to wander the forest. She bit her lip as her eyes scanned her surroundings, and her ears listening to irregularities.

She paused. "I don't really know actually." She heard movement behind her and froze, moving libby slightly so he could see behind her without making to sudden a movement. "Libby...do you see anything?" She whispered.
