Shira appeared in Justitia's personal room and set the unconscious Goddess on her bed. She didn't dare steal a single glance at her sister out of fear for what she might see. With that, she burst from the room with a panicked expression in her face. "Vulcan! Morrigan! Someone! Please, hurry!"

Vulcan shuffled into the room. "What's goin' on here? Why are you in Trish's room?" He looked at the bed, where Justitia lay. He paled a bit. "Oh, tha's wha's goin' on." He looked into the other room where Morrigan stood. "We'll be needin' ye, lass."

Morrigan held her hands up to her mouth and let out a gasp. "What happened to her? Who couldve done this?" Though she asked, the answer was plain as day. She let out a deep sigh, a relaxing feeling resonating from her to everybody else. "Stay calm Shira. Justitia will be fine." She said, taking to work on healing. It had been a very long time since she had used her magic on one of their own.

It was then that the young Goddess stole a glance at her sister. The sight nearly made her vomit on the spot.
Justitia was covered head to toe in still-bleeding scratches. The bones in her left arm had been visibly shattered on the inside, and the leg that hadn't been split wide open was sitting at an awkward angle, though nothing too serious compared to the rest. She was alive, but only just. Even for a Goddess, her wounds were gruesome and would take a great deal of time to heal. Some possibly never at all

Morrigan cracked her knuckles and shook out her arms. It seemed offensive considering the circumstances, but it helped her relax. "Vulcan, Shira, I suggest you leave the room. I don't think you'll want to be here for this." Without a second thought, she stood up and held her arms over Justitita, palms spread, then closed her eyes. A green mist began rising from the floor, swirling around her and Justitia. For a moment, it seemed nothing was happening, then the effects began to show. Small things at first. Bruises began to disappear, cuts closed and the bleeding began to stop. She took another deep breath and peeked over her shoulder, hoping the other two were gone.

Vulcan stepped outside the room after Shirahime. "That leg'll hafta go. I'm goin' t' be up mosta th' night makin' a new one." He sighed and sat down in a chair that was much too small for him. It bowed but didn't break.

She covered her mouth and heaved once more, tears forming in her eyes. "It's happening again... Seth is..." She shook her head. "... At least she'll live. Even if..." She trailed off.

"Aye, she'll be alright. Not great, bu' alright." Vulcan sighed and put his hands together, waiting for Morrigan to finish her work.

Gorman knelt prostrate before Seth. Seth touched Caladbolg to the elderly man's back. "Rise, my loyal subject."
He pushed himself up to his feet on limbs weak with age. "My people, you see? I tell you the truth! Would any but the one true God be capable of such miracles? Do you not see how the false idols have fallen?"
Seth raised a hand. "That's enough, High Councillor." He turned to the mass of people. "It has been far too long since I last walked on my own world. And in my absence, the world has become corrupted. Tainted by these liars who claim godhood. And I know that you followed them. I hold no ill will toward you, my chosen people. If you repent of this, I shall bless you. And you will march with me into the world to tell that the long night has ended, and the one God is reborn."
Light glowed from every pore of his body, pulsing with each syllable. It made his eyes stand out eerily.

Morrigan pulled her attention back into healing her sister. Healing a god was far different from healing a mortal. "Hang in there Justitia." She hazarded a glance at the broken leg. Vulcan was right. She wouldn't be able to save it, but the other leg.... She diverted her magic from the rest of Justitia's body once the immediate threat passed and concentrated on the leg. The skin began to fuse and most of the blood began being pulled back into her body. There would certainly be a scar.

Alexander stared from the end of the crowd, a stoic look on his face so as to not betray the surprise and confusion he was feeling on the inside. Charlotte had been in there. He brought Alaric to her and now he was here and the temple was in ruins. He didn't want to believe it, but there was no way any mortal could make it out of there alive.

Shirahime glanced at her brother, her sadness slowly being replaced by a kind of rage. "... I'm going to go assess the situation, see what kind of damage he's doing. Don't worry, I won't do anything." Without waiting for a response, she fumbled with her hair until it changed to a light silver and headed off to her room to find a plain blue sundress. After changing into it, she left and joined the crowd that Seth had gathered, concealing her godly aura.

After a little bit, Symphonia snapped out of her funk. She looked towards Azrael. "What do you think happened? Should we go check?"

"Right now, I'm thinking maybe three things have happened. Justitia won, and Seth is dealt with. In which case, we're all good to go and Charlotte can finish this long walk home on her own. Seth won, which is a train of thought I'd rather avoid and it means we need to keep Charlotte safe. My land is already lost." He sighed. "Third option is that they're both dead. That's pretty much the neutral ground and me grabbing at straws."

She looked thoughtful. "I see your point. But if Seth did defeat her...what do we do now? We can't let him just take over."

"No. But let's look at it from another perspective. Say you're a doctor, right? And you have these seven, wait, six, I forgot Shira's land is no good. Six patients to work on. One of them is already infected with a highly contagious disease that makes him attack people. Do you try and cure him, leaving the others in danger of catching the disease? Or do you quarantine him and try to prevent the other patients from getting the disease in the first place?"

"Well doctor, I mean what do we do to prevent it from spreading" she teased.
